Starominskaya district offers to implement a project on the construction of a shop for manufacturing plastic dishes

The municipality offers to implement a project on the construction of a shop for manufacturing plastic dishes.

As planned, within the framework of implementing a project the production of plastic glasses of 0.33, 0.5 and 0.7 l as well as PET-bottles of 1.5 l will be organized. According to the preliminary estimations, the projected capacity of the shop will make 12 thousand glasses and 1.2 thousand plastic bottles per year. As forecasted, the main consumers of the products will be residents of Starominskaya district of Krasnodar region as well as neighboring districts.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 50 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 19 new jobs.

A land plot of 11,554 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starominskaya Cossack village, motor road «Azov city – Aleksandrovka Cossack village – Starominskaya Cossack village». There is a local road, Krasnoznamennaya Street (1.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway «Azov city – Aleksandrovka Cossack village – Starominskaya Cossack village» is 0.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Starominskaya is 9.1 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 60 km.
