Starominskaya district to offer an investment project for the establishment of an industrial development area
The municipality invites investors to participate in the implementation of a profitable investment project.
As envisaged by the project, the construction of a high-tech enterprise will be organized in the Cossack village Starominskaya of Krasnodar region. The plant will specialize on rendering services for transformation of animal skins and hide into leather, sewing and repairs of clothes, sewing and repairs of shoes. According to preliminary estimation, the projected capacity of the enterprise will make per year: 8,645 services on skin and hide processing, 1,235 services on sewing and repairs of clothes, 3,705 services on repairs and sewing of shoes. It is planned to provide the services to the community of Starominskaya and neighboring districts.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 50 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 1.7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 23 new jobs.
A land plot of 56,816 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Starominskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnoznamennaya Street (1.2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Azov city – Aleksandrovka Cossack village – Starominskaya Cossack village" is 0.2 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Starominskaya is 9.1 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 60 km.
